A simple-outlined building whose exterior framework dialogues with traditional Islamic design, digged into his inside by a high-rising void, a vertical cave that represents the beating core of the environmental building performance, naturally sun-shaded by hanging panoramic gardens and cooled by water pools placed at his feet.
The entrance square at the ground level is a 875 sqm wide garden, provided with resting areas, cafès and water pools for natural air cooling ascendig through the vertical cave rising above.
The entrance hall spreads out for 2.250 sqm triple level and is enriched with commercial, entertainment and luxury wellness facilities. At the top floor a 800 sqm large panoramic terrace, supplied with premium food facilities, overlloks the bay of Doha.
The vertical cave supplies 15 residential floors, for an overall of 11.250 sqm of various-sized luxury apartments, single or doubled levelled, each one overlooking the bay by the wide ventilated double-glass facedes.
The hanging gardens high-rising together qith the vertical cave, supplies residents with green cool areas, cafès, water pools and comfort facilities.
